This year’s awards, hosted by Leon Daniels, Managing Director Surface Transport TfL, were held at the London Transport Museum, Covent Garden.

Arriva London is proud to announce that one of its staff members won an award at the event.

Helen Webster, a driver at Enfield garage, scooped the award for Inspirational role model to colleagues in the bus industry.

Helen, who is regularly commended by customers, consistently strives to deliver the best customer experience. Her winning smile, personality and enthusiasm have enabled her to become a model employee and earn the respect of her colleagues at Enfield garage.
