Freddie Courcelle

Freddie has been with Arriva for 10 years and has seen it grow. He says

‘It wasn’t too easy at first working with so many people. There were 300 drivers plus all the support staff and now there are even more.

One of the main things that keeps me with Arriva is that everyone is very friendly, including the managers. I like working here very much.

For any one wanting to join Arriva, I say it’s a very big company and very busy, but most important of all the atmosphere is good.’
