Buses turn up red for The British Heart Foundation
Monday the 1st of February was launch day for the British Heart Foundation's 'National Heart Month' and Arriva's Heritage Fleet was on hand to help.
All across the UK, famous landmarks were lit red. From the Eden Project to the London Eye and all the way up to the National Portrait Galleries in Scotland.
Three Routemasters from the fleet were used to transport VIPs and key staff & supporters from The BHF Headquarters in North London to the London Eye.

The Heritage Fleet’s RM 2217, RM 5 and RM 1124 had a tight deadline, with a pick-up in North London at 16.30, a delivery time at the London Eye at 17.15 and, following the big switch on, a trip across the river to the RS Hispaniola.
National Heart Month is the BHF's annual campaign to increase awareness of heart and circulatory disease, and to raise funds for its research, prevention and care services.
Please visit www.bhf.org.uk for further information.
Arriva donated the use of the buses and crews in support of this great event, and were delighted to be of service.
