Arriva London retains route 377 for a further five years and invests with five new buses
Arriva London is delighted to announce the retention of route 377 from TfL, which runs from Oakwood Station to Ponders End at Enfield. The new contract which started this month using five new Enviro 200 single deck buses, and lasts for a further five years, has been extremely well received by both Arriva London staff and the travelling public.
As Si Desai one of Arriva London’s Enfield route 377 drivers says:-
“With regards to winning the contract and having the new buses, we’re overjoyed. The buses are easier to drive, it’s smoother, it rides better with the undulations of the road and the passengers feel an immense difference and are very happy with the new buses”

Arriva London’s innovative campaign, promoting Payroll Giving throughout its workforce, was recognised at the Institute of Fundraising’s National Payroll Giving Excellence Awards.
Only occasionally does an opportunity come along to see the very best in people, and that opportunity came last Saturday at the Lord Mayor’s Show, where over 7,000 people paraded through the streets of the City of London.
The Lord Mayor’s Show takes place this Saturday (8th Nov.) with a river pageant and procession through the city and is set to feature more than 7,000 people.
Arriva London are investing £600,000 on bus refurbishment for routes 102, 466 & 612.
