Arriva graduates go places. Our fast-track schemes in General and Engineering Management are available within Arriva London, our UK Bus division, UK Trains as well as in mainland Europe.

To run a company the size of ours, we need excellent managers and leaders within our businesses. As our operations expand, we are keen to develop graduates within our operating businesses who can help us deliver operational excellence for our customers.

The graduate programme is divided into two streams:

General Management Programme
And the more technically-led Engineering Management Programme

In both cases, the aim is the same: to create a pipeline of managers who understand our operational issues, recognise our business needs and know what it takes to keep us successful.

One of our recent graduates is Ayieshah Haziri who joined the scheme just over a year ago and is just completing her final placement before joining the company on a permanent basis. She tells us:

“Arriva’s a great place to work, everyone’s so friendly and makes you feel part of the team. It’s also a really exciting time to join Arriva. Times are changing and Arriva’s changing with those times, so as a young graduate now is definitely the time to apply.”
