Customer Services
A good relationship with our customers is vital to the success of Arriva London and our dedicated customer services team ensure that this is delivered. Working very closely with the customer services team at Transport for London they deal with any problems or issues that may occur. They are the “voice of the customer” within Arriva and are there on hand to ensure that we listen to what our customers are telling us.

Risk Management and CCTV
Despite the excellent training our drivers receive, accidents will happen. That’s where our Risk Management team comes into play. Handling all the accident claims that come through Arriva, their role is to make sure that all the incidents are settled as fairly and timely as possible.

They also analyse the accident statistics and highlight areas where problems can arise. They work closely with the training department and garage management to constantly look for ways to reduce accidents.

Closely linked to the Risk management team is the CCTV department. Every Arriva London bus has CCTV cameras fitted to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. Should a crime be committed on a bus then good quality CCTV footage is essential to ensure a successful outcome.

Our CCTV department also work very closely with the local police services as our on bus CCTV can also help to solve crimes that occur away from the bus. We have had some very successful results in some high profile cases.
