Schedules
Probably one of the most detailed jobs within Arriva London falls to schedules department. They are responsible for making sure that all our bus schedules are put together and fulfill the requirements of Transport for London. They must also ensure that our schedules maximise the availability of buses and drivers.

At Arriva we constantly monitor the reliability of our services, with timings and loadings closely recorded and assessed. This often means that schedules need to be reworked to allow for the differences in traffic levels and passenger flow.

IT
As technology improves more and more of our processes at Arriva London are computerised. This means our IT department has to ensure that our systems and network run smoothly. They also provide round the clock support and are on hand to fix problems as soon as they occur.
